Devices on top?

hi! I have a silly question.
It's been awhile since I've used my cards, (Luna2+Pulsar1) but I've installed them on my new PC (HP with Windows XP).
When I click to show a device it appears "Under" the routing window,and when I click on it it won't appear on top of the routing window.It's kind of a pain in the butt.I like to have constant access to the routing window.
Is there a setting for this?

you should disable the " = " on the routing window and enable it on the devices.

If the = is red, the window will always be on top. If the = is grey, other windows can cover it.

Pressing the F9 key you can show/hide the routing window.
