I am trying to update to v.4 but i get some error message about server problems.

I have been trying for some days now.
I have also mailed the support, but no answer.

Does anybody know how to get in contact with the support?

preferably not on weekends - even Ralfs need an oocasional rest now and then...

the registration server is set to manual operation due to people trying to abuse it - that's a fake message

cheers, tom

leave a polite, clear and detailed email explaining that you are registering, your info and the board id#.

once again
you can try it as much as you want - you will always get that message because the machine is shut off (intentionally)
if you've sent another mail immediately before your last post then it came in before office hours (in local time)

cheers, Tom

Hi Astroman, does it mean that the famous CWA shop bug is a thing of the past now .
Tell me it ain't so !
I'm on a buying mission (just got the P-100 from Timeworks) and I have to get some synths and Fxes from CWA shop as well this month.... And somehow, I integrated the bug in the purchase balance....

Oh thanks !.

On a side note, registration process is incredibly slow with Sonic Timeworks !! Reading the P-100 thread, I could have had a clue before ordering.... But the demo and the testimonies made the purchase mandatory ! Especially since the developper didn't felt much supported (so few plugs sold..).

My page is now updated so I have v4 working on this old card of mine.

By the way. I got 14 other pulsar-cards already updated and working just fine.

8-(! Creamware shop is not working either ? WTF !?!
I hate it when you decide to spend and the shop is closed, Mrs took the car, it's saturday evening, or public holidays.
I thought the beauty of the web was 24/24h availability... Apparently not in Creamware's land...
