Rebirth is now available for download at:-

its no longer a supported program by and the company have released the source code, so this site has pulled together the platform and loads of mods.
Some here may find it intersting

If you plan to dl the file, they suggest to use a torrent client application. It's really the best option - it offers 5 times faster dl speed and the transfer process doesn't stop.

For Mac users:
Don't d/l the disk image because it seems to be corrupted (I downloaded it , it took 6 hours and argh...). You'd rather d/l the larger cdr image to convert it later to disk image. It's larger but they say it works ('they' at the rebirth museum message board). Now I'm at 30% of download.


I write it because I wasted many many hours on downloading (many dl errors, hours on trying to open the image etc)and want my experience to be a lesson for you, too.

It's tedious to use if you want to use your own samples though.

Very kind of them to release this. Most companies would not do this.

Sorry, where is the source code? If the company is still having the application crippled with a CD protection scheme, I don't see why would they offer the source code.
