Not exactly, but close, because you will have the fatter sound of midi unison.
Download Unison6 module for the modular, you put it immediatly after the MIDI input port and before the MVC midi in, then you can store in presets the number of voices it has to play, for example if you usually use a 4 voice polyphony, on some presets you store an unison value of 4, while you put 1 for poly sounds.
A good thing is that your solos will be fatter and with the appropriate volume without changing poly out fader.
