hi to everybody
i'm new in this forum...
i have a problem:
i must start the registration session with my band, but there is a very strange thing!
every input in my presonus (digimax lt)wired with adat connection it's with strange static noises!
every instrument, microphone... with this noise...
how can i do to resolve the problem?

i'm sorry for my bad english!

it is the digital sync setting. which is slave and which is master? only one can be master so you have to choose. i might set the presonus to be slave and the cwa card as master, but the convention in digital transfers is "the source is master". it doesn't really matter which is which UNLESS one way or the other works better.

here's what i think is happening. scope is already set to master by default so that you don't have to hook anything else up to make it work. the presonus is also set to master by default because the convention is for something that is a sound source to be master. you are unfamiliar with digital transfers and so you didn't change one or the other device to slave(i could be very wrong). :wink:

what ARE the settings (master/slave) on each device, in other words, the computer(scope) and the presonus?

please excuse my overuse of english.....

i suppose that are all master... i don't know how i can change master and slave in presonus... bu if it's master are togheter master!
i'll try to change in slave my pulsar
