How to use a used Pulsar 1....

Hi, I just bougt a used Pulsar 1 and tried to install the 3.1c spf software downloaded from cw website. But the key that is inside the manual does not work. Why?

I even tried to register the hardware but it's allready registred on the previus owner. I contacted cw but haven't acquired an answer yet.

What to do?

Am I doing something wrong?

hi

geyt the login information from the previous owner.

then go to "my page" on cw site an download the "allkeys" file. when asked for registration just load the allkeys file and everything will be ok

oh, and download SFP4.0 as well.

Ok. I did send support an e-mail and explained the situation and there where no problems at all to get the username and password. They just directed me to the "forgot your password" page...
