Hi,
This is an absolutely genuine request, scout's honour...
I've just tried to buy it, but there's something wrong with the shop at Creamware....
I've got my serial no., but it won't generate my download package.
Would you be prepared to e-mail me the device file ?
If so please PM me, and I'll give you my e-mail address.
Many thanks
Anyone who owns B2003.......
Even with the device, the .dsp files will still be missing.

Hi Guys,
I am having a similar problem to the one you were describing and was wondering if anybody could help me out. I recently reinstalled Windows and my Scope cards/software, but I'm having trouble generating the download packages from my page on the Creamware site.
Sometimes I cannot even get onto my page, and when I can I get an error message saying that the download package was not generated (or something like that, in German...).
I did save the oxe files as a backup, and tried to do it like this first, but cannot seem to install the plug ins from these oxe files now. I thought this was a bit strange, but maybe they're locked or become corrupted when you've already installed them once and try to do it again? I have e mailed Creamware about this, but yet to receive a reply, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Thanks for replying so quickly, I will try e-mailing Ralph about it, as I haven't got a reply from the general Creamware support address yet.
Although I think my problem is a bit different, I actually already had my "allkeys" file backed up from last time, and I have installed all the main Scope software and the standard plug ins that come with scope professional. It's just the extra plug ins that I've bought subsequently that I need to download again. I downloaded the successfully before, and saved the download packages but they just don't work now, and I cannot download them again. Don't think I explained that very well in my last post, sorry!

Thanks guys, I'm amazed how quickly people reply to threads in this forum!
It was not actually the b2003 that I was having trouble installing, it was the extra third party ones: spl transient designer/Orbitone Vorb etc.
The old .oxe files that I had backed up before I did a complete reinstall didn't work, which is why I had to download them again. However apparantly they don't work if you try and use them again on different install, when you installed them on the same machine previously. But I found a thread on planetz showing a method by which you can still use these old .oxe files: just copy them into the Scope/App/Oxe folder and they install themselves next time you restart scope, and so now I have all my plug ins back from the backup oxe's that I made.
Maybe you knew that already, but it was new to me and I thought it was quite a neat trick, so thought I'd post it here in case somebody else was having the same problem...
