Great little dance type, another 1 minute intro for a video. I'd imagine vocals would go great on top of this. And a bunch of dancing chicks.

It's the ever famous "shift up octave on the sampler" trick that's causing the strangeness in the overall sound texture.

Great! Nice tight production. I'd love to do vocals on this! Actually I imediately had an idea of the melody and the atmosphere when I heard this. If you like, I can try to make a little demo based on your mp3 to point out what I mean. Let me know! Alan.

ya, definitely. Put the melody on, and put it back on the music forum!

Basic Pitch: we should meet up. what's RL anyway? As of settling in.. well, everythings catching on except school. The prof. at FIU is cool, but the music technology program is so new and small (3 grad students including myself) that we're having a hard time figuring out how to get a project going. Plus, I started in Spring semester so I kind of missed the ciritical "beginning of the year" period. I thought of transferring, but well, now I think I should concentrate on making the best of what I have.

Other than that, my wife and I just hooked up with a local dive shop, started collecting gear, and are getting set to go diving. I think I may even get more inspiration under water than at school. lol
