Here's a makeover of the song (in the SONG link above)... hope you like it, and have some nice critisizm.

A question: What genre would you put this into?

BTW: here's the old version:

Not sure about genre---Chill Out--??

That doesn't matter anyways....

You have commercially viable material, just not sure that the vocal has the right treatment. IMHO it doesn't sit comfortably enough in the mix...

Obviously this band has potential. I liked the vocals parts near the end where her voice went up and the harmony was added however it took too long to get to that point. Before that I felt the singing was aimless and monotonous. It could use some instrumental sections to break up the singing and more vocal variety and range. She has a great voice but some of it seemed bland and uninspired.

Great! very creative electronic production; but still a real, good song that would do well live as well. Keep up! The genre: I have no idea (I have always that problem with my music too;-)

Think this track is very good, usually preffer a little more upbeat stuff, but there is enough small twists and turns to keep it interresting. Might not be a hit single, but pro sounding, and would sit well in an album with other tunes of the same quality.
