Shuttle (again) Yes or No?

I'm new to this forum, so a big cheers to everybody!

Well, I know that this topic has been already discussed a lot, but the last thread dates from May, so there might be some news since then.

I look for a compact setup, so I was wondering if any of you had success with one of those cube PC like the Shuttle or MSI. The new ones seems to be silent, good chipset, etc. Otherwise, what do you recommend for a compact, easily transportable setup?
