ASUS P4P800 E Deluxe or INTEL 865 PERL ????

I have read a lot of boot problem with P4P800 ...

Any suggestion ?

The Corsair TWINX 1024MB PC3200 XMS work fine with INTEL 865PERL ?

865perl and corsair. my current choice....(use the 2-2-2-5 low latency model ram)
