because to me they are totally unusable. It can't even remember the proper placing of a single STM2484 mixer window!
I just want to have a simple setup, one for the project window and one with the mixer, and it's not possible!
Or does this all work perfectly for all of you?

It work perfectly here.

I use it all the time, it's part of my workflow.

I have 3 screensets at minimum:

1- mixer
2- effects
3- synths or whatever i'm doing actually in sfp at that moment (like VDAT for example for live gig recording)

Just use the F buttons to store, then lock them with the padlock & recall with the same F button.

I don't use them, except for a couple of times... It just gets too erratic when I add device's which positions are not remembered, obviously, in Screenshots that were previously saved. So for each new device, you could go save all the Screenshots again. A bit too much work for me.

What I do use is CC# to the 'x' Hide or Close button. It can be used to Hide and Show devices, I use it by default on the mixer panel(s) so they can be recalled from my MIDI remote.

I know how they work, they just don't work as they should (for me)

edit: well after some more trying it now seems to work properly. Why it didn't work before is anyone's guess...

Thank you at0m|c
That is a great tip.
I like the idea of the screen shot feature, but I do not use it, because some of the devices I like to use don't respond to changing screenshots.

Never bothered using them myself (too lazy I guess). I open & close windows as I need 'em, or use the icons in the live bar to bring up the device I want to look at or tweak.

I'd quite like a 'Window...' menu item in the routing window containing a list of windows (i.e. devices) as this is more like how I'm used to working with a Windows MDI application.
