Where is the 4.0 update???

Hello,

I can't seem to find the update for version 4. It's not on the creamware site as far as I can see.
And assuming it is there, is it worth downloading?
Anyone encounter problems with it? How different is it to 3.1c? etc..., etc...
Maybe some one could give me a link to it?
