I really need one !!!

Hello people.

I have an issue...and as usuall i confind myself to the wisdom of the planetz people

I can't seem to find a decent MP3 converter (shareware or freeware) that is stable with Windows XP (PRO).

Any advice anyone.
Mabye a name or a url ?

It should be able to convert to 128 - 320 Kbps.
320 is what i normally use.

I use cdex:

http://www.cdex.n3.net/

It works fine for me on Windows XP pro.
