I ones got a phone bill adjustment letter. It told me, that I later would have to pay extra what equals 0,04€. The letter cost the company more that 0,50€ to mail - plus paper/printing/etc.

Hello!
I have a Natwest Bank accound from the times I used to be a student in the UK. When I finished, I lifted up all my money but left 2 pounds in order not to have my account closed (in case I want to use it again in the future).
I frequently receive bank statements and papers with information on new offers etc. I even received a new cashcard because my last one had expired!
And ofcourse, all this costs to Natwest a LOT more than the 2 pounds I ve got in my account!!!...
P.S. Natwest is in the UK, and I am in Greece...

Slightly off topic....
I got a check in the mail today for $13.86 from the Illinois Attorney General. This was in regards to a CD minimum advertised price antitrust litigation settlement.
For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, a year or two ago, there was a big bruhaha here in the US about the price of compact discs. Apparently, some individuals thought that the big record companies were charging too much for compact discs. So they and sued all the major companies.
The deal was, if you had bought a compact disc in the past 10 years or so, you were entitled to a portion of the settlement which was in the millions. From what I can remember, you were instructed to go to a certain website and submit a claim. No proof of purchase was needed - just your own honesty that you had indeed purchased a CD at some point in the past. I thought the whole thing was a joke but I went ahead and submitted my name and address and promptly forgot about it.
That had to have been two years ago. It's been so long I can't remember.
Anyway, I finally got a check. So I got that going for me. Now I can afford to buy that Rush Live in Rio DVD I've always wanted
