Grammy Nomination
Ali at Creamware US suggested I toot my own horn about this...it's damn exciting news!
"Peace" by Jim Brickman is nominated for Best Pop Instrumental Album. I produced and arranged about half the album. All my cuts were done ENTIRELY in Logic and SFP. The bass is usually the Minimax. The 'verbs are the PT 'verbs. The Optimaster is on the stereo buss.
I really want to keep putting the word out about this wonderful sounding system!

Yes, It was mixed with Creamware cards. My main system has 2 15-Shark cards, and my secondary system has Pulsar II and an old type I SRB. I use the 2nd system mainly for extra 'verbs. I also have a Lexicon 480L patched in analog through an A16Ultra. For EQ/filters I mainly use the Sonic Timeworks. I like the standard SFP EQ, but the ST EQ seems to have a bit more resolution. I use the STS samplers. I have a Gigastudio, but I like the sound of the STS better. Giga has always sounded a bit harsh to me...I don't think they've ever gotten that disk streaming quite right.

Congratulations for this important achievement! Thanks for sharing it with us, but, of course, we all want to HEAR it, so please, if possible be, post in the music forum at least a few seconds of it, preferably with high resolution so we can appreciate it better.
This means one thing: Creamware platform IS a professional tool if you know how to use it.
