Cubase SX: XTC plug not properly installed

Can someone please tell what this error means. Thanks. It is reported by Cubase when i start it up, during initializing plug ins.
May all sentient beings achieve liberation from suffering :)

disable xtc mode when in sfp mode in the settings window.
