Hi!

I have already asked at Creamware, but no success so far, so i'll try to ask here;
i have bought Pulsar XTC at store, they have this card in computer for testing there,
then when i install board and everything i was trying to register hardware at creamware.com and it writes me "hardware board already registered to other name",
those bastards they have already registered that board at store,
well, everything works fine, since i have type all serial numbers by hand, for synth and effect plugs,
but is there a way, to register that hardware to my name ?
it's not so necessary, but anyway

thanks

You might email Creamware and explain them your situation.
If you think it really is the shop who regiqtered the card, you could ask them to write CW and ask for registration transfer...

the folks at the shop will have to inform CW they have sold the card to you.
normally this shouldn't be a problem at all. worked for me, as it did for so many others.
so, what i suggest is, you go to/phone/mail the shop, and ask them to get in touch with creamware. of course, you don't tell them you think they are bastards. :wink:

edit:
he beat me :lol: just let me tell you that when i bought the cards from atomic, all was dealed with well within a week
