I just got me a used Pulsar 1. The person who sold it to me gave me access to his profile on the Creamware site.

My question is how can I (with the seller's support, probably) register the card to my name? Does he have to unregister it before?

Thanks

Paul

When two years ago I got my secondhand Pulsar 1 I had the same situation as yours - Acces to the seller account etc. I e-mailed CW and got 2 (!!!) answers in 15 minutes (from 2 different persons) - one informed me about the reg treansfer while the second - about the unability of transfer because the numbers were already transfered! So 2 persons took the work! It was funny and very fast, indeed
