What is the difference between Scope SP and DP?

I don't yet know what the difference between these two is. Could someone explain that to me?

SP = Studio Pack = Lotsa plug-ins

DP = Development Pack = Become a 3rd party developer

And what is the contents of the Development pack? Is it additional software?

As aMo mentions, SP contains all devices from CW and can afaik only be bought with a Scope card.
DP is kind of a low-level version of SFP, it looks similar but loads smaller elements, atoms. The project is not a production but a development environment, in which you can create devices & other neat things that can be used in SFP. Here's a small example of DP. And even if you have the money for it -it's very expensive-, you'd still have to convince Creamware that you'll be using it properly.
