Hi all !!!

I'm kind a new user to this forum, and to creamware in general, i have Luna II for about 6-7 months and i can say only "this card rulez" and everything connecting with creamware, i'm sure, it's simply the best quality sound i have heard so far and i have couple of hardware synths too,
here's my question;
How can i save whole project with plugs loaded (synths) and everything, because I have default project everytime when i start windows, then when i want to make music, i load some plug-in synths and stuff, then when i want to save it writes me "The module cannot be saved, you made some illegal operation, please save device module first and then try again"?
I know how to save presets in plug-ins.
What do i have to watch out before saving whole new project ??

THanks for now,

Have all nice time

Hi Fidox

Normally no extra savings are required if you save a whole project. Your problem is a weird one so we have to figure out what's wrong in your project. Luna 2 offers not too much DSP power so perhaps you loaded too many synths/fx/mixers in your project? Is the project you want to save usable (ie you don't get any 'DSP limit reached' message before trying to save)?

Yo!

Thanks for your reply.
There's not too much DSP power, it's normal.
Since i can't load much synths and stuff there's no problem, i know how to save single sound (presets), so i'm not loosing anything here, i have then just a problem when saving whole project, before exit.

anyway, it's not so big problem to me afterall, it's not end of the world,
hehe

bye

Sounds like the problem may rest with a particular device. Can you list all the devices in that project - or maybe post a screen shot ?

imho fidox doesn't have a real problem, but just finds the organisation somewhat mysterious. The handling could indeed be improved a lot, but as it's not a total showstopper I also accept it as is.
I hope it gets some polishing when all the real important stuff is finished, if ever
Fidox, you can simply go to the SFP settings tab and click 'save project as default' and 'save project as startup' before finishing, then SFP comes up with your previous settings.
Just don't forget to give your various settings a name while working on them, so you can easily load them back later.
Don't ask me for the rules for preset pathnames - the installer (from CD) produced a completely different setup than what's written in settings and ini-files.
I hate it to have > 500 files in a folder, but it seems to work best with everything just pushed into one location.

hope I didn't misunderstand you, Tom
