I could bail out now with 'it doeasn't work because it can't be organized', but originally I'd rather blame it on a lack of responsibility and qualification, dominated by pure selfishness.
At least that's my humble understanding of the 'reality aspect' of the democracy (as it's called) where I live in.
I don't have the impression it applies to planetZ, as people try to avoid this unpleasant way of communication (aka political debates) as much as possible.
But sometimes even here wild ideas spread like illness which is (almost) funny to observe
I wouldn't say NO to a free MM pack either for my 2nd Pulsar One, but I never got the impression I'd be entitled for the complete pack.
The (erroneous) Modular 3 offer wasn't suspective, tho - as Mod2 had been added to the base software already.
