Once I met a woman (in England, conuntryside) she was shocked we spoke Polish language in Poland - she had thought we used German... Once I met a guy in France (Alsace, countryside) who was shocked I knew about refrigerators! Not to mention TV sets

But it doesn't mean every person is such low level of knowledge there...

it shows that they don't care about the world like many others !! we have to know what we need to know . if no need , no knowledge.
