Well, at least for the ULLI settings there is a fix (from CW database page):
Open cset.ini and copy the intlbk= ... under the [hw] item to under the [XTC-Config] item and set it to the desired value. Cubase will use this setting, although it will not be displayed correctly in the ULLI settings window. You can control that the correct settings are being used by updating the plugin info window in SX. For intlbk=64 (the lowest ULLI setting) the CW plugs will show 258 ms latency (and the system will become highly unstable ).
Thanks for listening.

Not a good idea. When I started Cubase I got an error message saying that I should remove that line. After that SFP could not be started. So I guess I just have keep resetting it myself.

Funny. It works in my system. Here is the original text of the CW database, check if you did everything like it says:

----------------------------------------

Product: Elektra, Luna, PowerPulsar, PowerSampler, Pulsar, Pulsar XTC, SCOPE Fusion Platform (SFP), SCOPE /SP

Operating System: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP

Category: Frequently Asked Questions, Information, Software

---

ULLI Setting (Latency) is not saved in XTC mode

Please add the following entry into the file ..:/SFP/App/Bin/Cset.ini

[XTC-config] ## already existing

intBlkSize=256

The value "256" equals 7 ms. You can chose the following other values instead:
64 3 ms
128 4 ms
256 7 ms
512 13 ms
1024 25 ms

Probably a wrong latency will be dsiplayed in the ULLI Settings (ASIO Control Panel). Please ignore it. Change the latency with the INI entry.
