here in vienna we have a project that works so far very good;
its like this:
we have hundreds of restorantes who throws away their food when the 'use befor date' apears (old food but still eatable);
so social people driving from restorante to restorante collecting those food day by day and bringing it to the poor;
they made this without taking money for their work;
the manager of restorante feels good becourse he helps the poor and he saves money becourse waste management is expensive here;
and the poor are happy becourse of free food;
if that works here why not in vegas;
so if you have a restorente on your way make a short stop with your suv and collect;
