I just wanted to let you know that I finally received the Ebtech Hum Eliminator ...
Well the test was really fast : I just plugged it and ... PC noises COMPLETELY dissapeared in a sec !!
The sound does not get altered at all.

have you tried moving the cards to different slots?

i had a similiar problem with a nuendo/rme system and it turned out that the graphics card was sharing an irq with one of the rme cards. when we moved things around we found a combination in which the irq was not shared and the problem went away1
