problem with registration

Hi all... I have a luna card and have problem with the registration of the software. I have all the keys but dont know where am I supposed to write them.. when I start the proggram it asks me for 'activision key' and 'software key', I have them both and tried to write them at the serial fields.. but it just doesnt fit and I dont understand why!.... Can anyone of u help me work'it out?

Greetings!

Best thing to do is:

Register your card wih Creamware.

Then download your 'allkeys.skf' file from their site.

When you're installing, just import the allkeys file (instead of typing everything in by hand) - there's an 'import' button on the installation dialog which enables you to do this.

That should get you up & running.

Well, I have download this file, but didnt have this option to import all keys... I have version 3.1. Are u sure that this version allow to do such thing?

just to be sure- you talked about the installation of Luna software right? cause it just asked for the serial, with no other option.....

When you reach the screen where you have tried typing in the various keys, is there not a button labelled 'Import' visible?

Well....... no..
but my problem solved, The key I had was not the one i need so I took the one displayed in Creamware's site.
now it's working thankGod...
