I had some past issues with my Scope installation or key files suddenly not working, while the board was functional:

I'm just posting this for information. If your keys don't work, board seating/contact can do that. Tech support gave this advice, which was right, but seemed crazy:

Hello,

please clean all contacts of both boards and try to clean the S/TDM
contacts,too.

now, please uninstall all Scope software and the Scope drivers.

Then, install the drivers from the Scope 4 software first and then the
Scope 4 software.


In my case, putting the board in the end slot apparently let it seat better.
