BPM microphones

I bought some great microphones a few years ago by a company called studiotechniks. They were called BPM, model CR95. They were made in Germany. I was just wondering if any of you guys in Germany ,or anywhere for that matter, know anything about these mics. No one in the U.S. has heard of them.They were supposedly made by a guy who used to work for AKG and Neuman. I also heard he was sued by one of those companies. I wonder if the company still exists. B.P.M. is a German brand, but like many of the new brands, their microphones seem to be made in China by Beijing 797.
