hello, can someone tell me if there is some way to record by analogic or adat or adat with a pulsar 2 and dón´t make some noises or clicks when hyperthreading tech is turned on in the bios?is ver strange, cause if i close the scope platform and open cubase the recording is perfect witb HT on but if i record from creamware rec/play 1 or 2, then it make some noises or clicks, creamware support never fix our problems, the spain support is very bad, in germany is better but..., many thanks amd discuss this post cause i am very tired with this, i´ve done too many things to fix this problem but i think the only solution is turn on HT from bios, my pc is, P4 3.0 Prescott, Intel D875PBZ(before asus p4p800 fail, gigabyte 8knxp fail too), 1.5GB Kingston, matrox p650, pulsar 2,seagate x 3...

Or have you tried to record to ASIO instead of WAV?

ht is bullshit. they want you to believe that it will split the processor into two processors and run nearly twice as fast. as you see, the computer runs just fine without it. the scope card will work very well for you if you want a music production studio. there is a lot it will do, so just be patient.

*edot* use the asio2 drivers with cubase.(asio scope in cubase options NOT asio mme!)

Andre have you verified the performance gains or are you taking steinberg's benchmarks at face value?

That's very interesting Andre.

Can you let us know what is your setup?
I'd like to see your MOBO info.

Thanks
