I decided to make one of my instrumental compositions a vocal (?) tune. This is a manifesto song with a leading thought "humanize yourself", of course making electronic techic sounds

haha, you even used the 'Ah' at the and of the 'poem', great song

BUT...I think the overall sound is a bit dull...I think it must be the Cubase audio engine, try to record in VDAT, though I've read on the internet that on sunday the VDAT diesn't record so well, so try Logic on that day, but you need v.6, so if you're on pc you'd better go for Sonar, but use only the new v.3, it has 128 points floating alltogether!
Why didn't you record in 24/96, it's WAYYYY much better, at least someone on the internet said that in a forum about washing machines!
Another thing is, how could you use the ST P-100 reverb, I only use convulution verbs, but think twice, don't use the mixer's auxes, they sound dull and do lack dynamic support (even at 48/256), so you have to link 5 computers to be able to open 24 of them.
I'm testing the new Xeons (6Gig) now, but I have the feeling they add harmonics while exporting audio, so I wait untill the new Mac G13 comes out before I start a song by myself

well, my vacuume cleaner is 128bits and it's way cool. Tons of harmonics and stereo depth. Never clips either. On the other hand, since my Sega Genesis is only 16 bits, it's like noise everywhere and I can literally hear each of the 16 bits. I also use a 128bit pen because it makes me write faster and gets me good grades. I've read that pros use it all the time to write music.

About the music, I'd swear it was recorded in 24 bit soaring point (doesn't just float, it "soars") at 128kilohertz-watts. Then it was converted to a stream of pure energy, downsampled to an analog tape where it was treated with all the effects, deported back to Mexico, and then got shot in the head at muzzlepoint. After that it was mastered with a 2048 band EQ (128bits) with pulse width modulation and a salad bar, dithered all the way down the digestive system, out through the anus, fliped over twice, and shot in the head at muzzlepoint again, just to make sure. A work of art indeed, who would have thougt of such a workflow! Not a single bit lost!

But I've read on the internet somewhere that in some very professional studios (where pros record and stuff, I think) in fact, have a pair of flamingos somewhere in the equation. I remember right they were included because by adding flamingos, you don't only add warmth and punch to the mix, but it adds even more bits! So basically, if you don't have a flamingo in your mix, it sucks because you slacked off when you should have been gaining your bits.

You see, it's all about bits. Say a guy has 4 audio tracks, all 32 bits. That's 128 bits all together. But if another guy has 2 tracks, done in 128 bits, that's 256bits all together so his music is much better. Or you can even view it this way. If one guy has his video card's color depth to 32 bits, recorded 1 track in 16 bits, used a 64 bit SGI system, and played playstation afterwards (that's another 32bits), that's a whoppin' 144bits already!

yes! especially if you bit off more than you can chew!

You need at least 6 bit digestive system to properly process that candy bar. And your taste buds should be set to a 96KHz sampling rate if you really want to taste it properly.

12 bit is even better, you won't even have any waste...

I think it's very cool and futuristic sounding, except that the future is now!

Great synth use, I really like the sounds.

if you're not ventilating aversion against electronic music, something must be wrong with your streaming application
