ULLI Setting. What's the Optimal Setting?

I just noticed when I lowered my ULLI latency the latency in Cubase goes up. Since I am not using hard drive recording at this time I guess I should use the lowest latency I can get away with. I suppose if the latency is too low then Pulsar will crash more often also Cubase. I have it set to 4 miliseconds at 44.1 now. I haven't really tested this yet. What are other people using and thoughts on latency?

The ULLI settings use is 7 ms in 44.1. Set to 4 ms my logic can't playback samples without cracks. With 7 ms, no problem at all.
