Processor Scheduling + Memory Usage settings???

Could someone be so kind to tell me what the correct settings should be when using Scope v4.0c and Logic Audio v5.51 (PC)

System Properties Performance:
Processor Scheduling: Programs or Background Services?
Memory Usage: Programs or System Cache?

Software: Scope v4.0c, Logic Audio v5.51
System: P4 3Ghz, 1Gb Ram, Scope Home, Windows XP
