yes, it's all there
I tried the registration trick again, the 50% offer is still working.
Sad that the Profit5 isn't included in this offer...
now, since today, the introductory price of €149,- is over...I should have made up my mind earlier I think, the demo's sound itself is amazing indeed.
too l8 now.

edit: I tried to buy the Profit for €149,- and went throught all the steps up to the credit card fill form...it was not clear what the actual price would be if I would proceed, it just said that the expire date is 31 august...I bet it's still €149,- at the very moment (1 sept in the very early morning)...but I can't be sure, so I canceled the procedure.
Border adventures

Glad this is working for most people.
For me it has been a nightmare.

Vendor blew me off. Creamware dropped the ball. And now I'm just about ready to dump the whole system.

Giving it one last shot. We'll see how it goes. Bad timing and bad luck, and I guess I just expected too much for people. Oh well.

Time to relax and take it easy.
Have a pleasant weekend, folks.

I'll try and sort out my issue with Creamware support sometime during the next couple of weeks. It looks like they are too busy digging out from under.

So... problem solved! Creamware support in Germany finally got on top of it and made it happen. Sounds like the support group might still be under a lot of pressure reestablishing orders that happened before the great flood. Not sure, but it is taken care of.

a good idea - reasonable priced

but the bottom chapter about email support is probably is most stupid and unsensitive approach to customer relationship I've seen recently - ouch, how embarassing.

it IS clear that old customers are more likely get problems due to changing ('updating') their systems, that are not directly related to CWA's products.

but you just can't say it this way - this issue has to be properly adressed.

cheers, Tom
