what kind of glue do i use to glue a bridge back on my 12-string??

If you haven't already, you might want to surf to http://www.stewmac.com and look for their line of various luthier glues. They sell everything you could possibly imagine for guitar repair.
The general theory here is that you want to choose a glue that can be softened and removed easily later in case you ever have to do this again.
If you don't care about that, then I suppose any decent epoxy would work - or a good wood glue. Good luck.
