No startup project at bootup

I need someone to look in the registry under: HKEY LOCAL MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrent VersionRun. The line InitPulsar is missing the data in the data column on the right side. Can someone please copy this line and post it for me to paste into my registry. I've tried numerous installs and it doesn't install this command, so I don't get a startup project when I turn my computer on. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Wayne. This is exactly what was missing in the install. Now it works perfectly. I guess the " -s" at the end of the command is to hide the app. Anyways thanks a lot.

And it loads the StartProjectinstead of NewProject

I have both links on the desktop.
