Just curious what you´d say. I tend to do thinks very demo like. The vocal recording is the first take and I didn´t bother too much about mixing either. But I will sometime if I got enough time...
File is about 2,5 megs (smaller file would suffer in quality too much). Are you ok with the filesize?
AND: please do vote. If you think it´s sh*** go for it and vote 0. But please vote! There´s nothing more boring then a "show and tell" without response...

Ah voting is fun! Especially if I give myself a 10... (just wanted to try how it works)

You lie.

About production anyway. i can blatently hear that atention to mix has gone underway.. panning, levels. Frequency spectrum. well chosen sounds that sit together and don't smudge each other out, if no eq has been aplied.
Reverb..overdubs.. Compression to get loudness and constant levels.or again just well chosen sounds in the first place?

Need i say more...

Anyway nice mix. i hear an air of scissor sister. Like the beats. song is pure Cheese. but i sort of like it..Not really my thing though.

To sum it up:
good mix, i personally don't really like the music.

Thanx. Sure I did use reverbs eqs and stuff but I´d rather take some days to arrange sounds that fit together and spend only an evening in Mixing. Any critics in terms of arrangement? and please vote. I´d like to be able to get an impression on people´s taste by sorting the posts by votes.

Awesome! Took me back to my earlier years.
The vocal jumps out a bit too much. Too much dynamic compared to the other instruments. I guess I would try harder eq and compression to really squash it up like the other instruments.
Great anyway! I can imagine playing this on a hot summer night with plenty of beer and barby action!

Oh how I miss the eighties...

Production on the music is very good. I would agree that the vocals are too prominent.

I quite like the little synth solo.

Overall nicely done.

Now you have to reveiw my songs, it's only fair!
