How many Greeks are in this forum ?
I m Greek, and I m proud of it .Maybe I should tell You something You dont know.
Six players of the Greek team : Zagorakis,Kapsis,Katsouranis,Tsiartas,Lakis, Nikolaidis. Are AEK Athens Players.
Unfortunately this team will play next year in the 4th category of Greece, because of bad managment. These players have not been payed from their club for almost 2 years. Therefore
now that they have reached the final they are
two times Heroes.

We never thought to come so far.Now that we are in the final , I m shure the first time
that we will win for fhure.

Sikoseto to Gamimeno , den boro na perimeno

regards to all

Well, I'm half greek, as my mother is from Kerkira, but not really a soccer fan.
But I must say that after the shame of the italian team (my other half is italian), the team I am for is Greece, with no doubt, and I am happy it won.

As I said, I'm not a soccer expert, but what I saw in greek team is the best "old times" italian style playing, very built from backwards, with a very clever use of resources. And most of all what seems to be totally missing in italian teams nowadays: psycological solidity and top mental performance 'till the end. Very rare also in stronger teams, but this makes a huge difference, and comes from a true sportive spirit....well, greeks invented the olympic games, isn't it?

I'm happy of this performance

Congratulations to the greeks. All those players aren't not payed as spanish players do. And as you have seen, spanish players don't know how to play football. They are playing what? Of course, they say that they're playing on the Stars League (JA !) ridiculous.
I'm spanish, and this is my opinion, but in Spain we say ...where they are three spanish people you have three diferent opinions.

The whole Greek national football team costs as much as Luis Figo costs... I dont know about the Spanish players though  (Hablo de Figo, porque vi que eres de Barcelona )
...where they are three spanish people you have three diferent opinions.
I think in Greece it's a even worse! With 3 people you may still get 3 opinions but they are distributed differently:
- one who has his opinion
- one who cant decide between another two opinions
- and another one who doesnt care/give a sh*t!

I think, having that in mind, it is the German coach who really made the difference! The talent has always been there, but no one else before had managed it so well!
