Here is a short piece I wrote for a 50 second product promo. The direction was to make the piece feel "modern sophisitated techno".

Uses:

Tubeflute (I just love this little device)
Sonic Timeworks P-100 Plate reverb

Waldorf PPG VST
Waldorf Attack VST
Steinberg Embracer

Mixed in Cubase SX

Hey, this is pretty sweet. I like the groovy rhythm and the padlike sounds. Its smooth and pleasing to the ears. But I wouldnt mind getting to hear more than just the intro, and it would be wicked if the kick could get going on every 1/4 note.
An eye for an eye, and soon the whole world is blind.

Nice, you must have bought "Waldorf Edition" like I did. It's fun and an excellent value. Embracer and Monologue are new virtual synths that come with Cubase SX 2.2.

Yes! I had been waiting and waiting for my distributor to get it in (they had been sold out for months). Waldorf Edition is a really good deal.

Thanks for the replies guys....and for the interest in hearing more....

Unfortunately this is all there is....you see it was a 50 second spot....so actually the piece fades at the end (instead of just ending abruptly like in my mp3).
