EDS8i and scope 4.0?

Hello!
When i try to load the EDS8i in scope 4.0 ,there is a message"cant find synthpackage1 dev please check installation"( or something...)
All the other synths i can load whithout problems!! Why??I like the the kick sometimes!
I have tried to reinstall but no..

Do i have to have an earlier installation before 4.0 to get it work?

eds8i does work here on scope 4. i guess you should reinstall (maybe even download again). if the synth package is in your install, it should ask you to register the package, in case you hadn't. so there is something missing...
maybe someone else can come up with something better.

I did reinstall,but there was no difference.
Then i uninstalled everything and started with 3.1 and installed 4.0 over it then
it works!!...hmmmm
