I tried XTC with Pulsar 1 card and logic audio 5.1 PC, and there is a 210ms delay in a track if I put a XTC plug-in (to insert) LA.
And it doubles if I put 2.
I tried all possible switches in XTC and in LA audio/hardware drivers. Anyone knows what could cause the problem.
Delay problem in XTC and LA5.1 (pc)
Hi,
search the forum on this, this topic has been discussed many times.
But to put a long story short, forget it, it ain't gonna work, Cubase SX2 or Nuendo have a decent delay compensation.
The latest Logic version for PC is 5.51 and even then it won't work.
regards
Ronald

In theory it should be possible to use the excellent Vocdizer in XTC Mode because the sidechain of the compressor is also working!
So it's possible to route Audio tracks to Creamware devices.
Same to the Modular Devices!
Why not have an XTC-plugin with several Audio-outs and ins where you can load Modular devices in it?
But it's up to Creamware to create the proper .dll
