This song is about those moments that are so beautiful that they make you sad because they pass away so fast...
The song is pretty simple, vocals and main guitar were recorded simultaneously, later I added some extra guitars and a "rythm egg", mixed in Scope.
Nevertheless I could really use some help with this one concerning mixing and composition. I´m not really satisfied yet, so any ideas are welcome.

Acoustic song called "Nebeneinander"
thanks!
@wayne: the mic is an AKG 3000B. I emphasized the attacks with dominion to make the guitar more percussive. Great freeware!

Ahhh - the first tune of the day, what a nice way to wake up
Beautiful guitarplay and melody and a very powerful feeling overwelmed me at 1:53.... bliss!
Oh and I hear the Simon and Garfunkel reference too at 0:38.
One minor detail though - I wasn't that happy about the high frequcies in the reverb of the vocal. I think I would have been going for a more "close" feeling when putting reverb on the vocal. Maybe a highcut on the reverb would do the trick for me......
But as I said this is just a minor detail - This track is beautiful!
