Use MIDI Monitor module in Scope and check what's going on.

edit1: sorry, missed the 'FL' abbreviation in your post

edit2: did you solve this problem yet? I think that this is what the FL manual has to say about it:

"In the Master Sync Output combo box you may select the device FL Studio will send master sync signal to the device chosen here (if Enable MIDI Master Sync is turned on in Options menu). FL Studio can be synced as a master with external MIDI devices."

In Fruityloops, in the Options menu: are Midi Out and Master Out enabled?
Under settings, did you select the correct Master sync output?

Thanks, works now. My fault was that I changed song tempo in STOP mode an not while playing. So no data has been sent.

Glad the problem's solved

The Start/Stop/Continue messages are single events. But MIDI Clock is a series of ticks, not a one time event... There are 24 MIDI Clocks per quarter note. If you load a MIDI Clock in modular, you can see the yellow LED lit up every quarter note.

Transport controls have no effect on modulation effects like LFO's or delays. If you want to sync an external sequencer, the transport controls are required.

A little MIDI background - couldn't resist

elektrolurch, do you use Fruityloops as VST plugin? I vagely remember such workaround.

FL Studio is my main host, and I like it!
Thanks for MIDI-info.
