Can't change bitrate in ULLI settings

I've seen that you're able to change the bitrate between 16, 24 and 32 in the ULLI settings. But I don't see any boxes or text for that in my ULLI settings, only the possibility to change the latency.

Can anyone describe what needs to be done to see the boxes and be able to change between them.

I have the LunaII card, SFP v4.0 and uses Cubase SX2.

those are for win98 wave drivers.

just load the right asio module, and done
