Wave drivers fixed

I have been unable to use wave drivers since I got the card in 2002. It's been a real pain to have to load every wave file up in Cubase just to play it. Suddenly it works. Now is the time on Sprockets vhen ve dance.

Have to try the Mac wave drivers which were ALWAYS broken
