The reason I'm asking is because I've sold a plugin 30 days ago and since then I mailed CW to transfer that activation key to the new owner but till now I got nor an answer neither the key transfer done.

Does someone got similar problem, is this delay just usual or did I do something wrong?

If some can help me solving this I would thank a lot because now I'm not sure about what to do.

i have experienced both sides of this. I transferred a plugin to antoher user, that went along flawless. But i am now on the second MONTH of waiting for a plugin that was supposed to be transferred to me. guess its busy at CWA houses.

i think the best thing in this case is to make a careful, polite phonecall to CWA.

as mentioned, i bet they got their hands full with their new registration system etc but a friendly phonecall can't be bad.
