can't insert effects by rightclick anymore

Hi!
Even when selecting right folder in the settings menue i can't get access to the pluginfolder when rightclicking inserts...

Have I lost any entries in the cset.ini????

any ideas?

Check if the following line exists in cset.ini, if not, modify it:
[StaticPath]
Effects=Your:EffectsFolder
