Hi there music lovers !

I have one configuration question;
my current setup is;
comp. celeron 1300/256
512mb ram
gforce mx400 64mb - irq10
1 network card - irq11
dvd-rw lite-on 4x
music cards;
1 x Pulsar XTC - irq 5
2 x Luna II - irq 5 + irq 7
1 x Luna box 2496

is it ok that i have 2 creamware cards on same irq ? i'm not getting any errors or problems, but i want to know if there's any speed improvement?
and is there much better performance with better comp. configuration, like pentium4 or similar, does also creamware cards work faster?

thanks

music rulez !

That's fine. Probably won't make much difference if they share the same IRQ, or are assigned different ones.

I've found that a faster CPU (and faster FSB) gives better UI performance, but this has little bearing on PCI bus bandwidth (that's more down to the MOBO quality / chipset).
