hi there.
I am currently using this voice messenger client called Skype (www.skype.com) , and i must say i like it a lot. One thing bothers me tho, and that is a Scope related prob.
I mainly use this client for speaking to friends via microphone, and my project has an analouge source (mic) into wave dest via a channel. It also has a wave source going into my mixer for playback.
Now, the issue is, whatever audio i recieve when my friends speak, is timestrecthed :s Althou it is amusing to hear my friends sounding like drugged out crack-whores, it gets annoying. anyone have a clue how to fix this, or is it just a driver bug?
my friends hear me fine tho.

At0mic hit the nail on the head..
Sample rate conversion is the problem, I would assume skype (and I also use this software), more than likely has a fixed sample rate, and since SFP has a fixer rate, the two are colliding and causing this..
Not much of a help I know but I just wanted to confirm my thoughts were same as at0mics
Cheers!
