What a great track ! The voice really makes it - beautiful tone and inflection. Reminds me a little of The Stranglers :eek:

I'd love to get a copy of just the vocals and do a remix.

What do the lyrics say ?

thanks spirit, really appreciate. Stranglers? Cool! used to be a fan...

the lyrics are talking about a couple that cannot make love when they are sober anymore because they made it too many times high on drugs :grin: they were written by a friend of us who really digs poetry and is a fan of Beaudelaire. I guess 'Fleurs du mal' influenced him a good deal

a remix?! it would be an honour, just pm me a place where i can ftp the files

Loved it! Don't know if Jean Jacques B would be too happy about the comparison though. One thing, it's very quiet, perhaps you could bring the levels up.
@ Spirit, The Gadflys would be a better comparison!!

thanks for your comments guys, we're happy :smile:

we've cranked things up a bit, removed the sax and brought up the bass clarinet :grin:
also added an eggs to get it moving...
